Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions within the U.S. market, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to achieve hiring goals.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, organizational objectives, and team culture.
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical competency and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview processes, manage feedback collection, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Negotiate compensation packages and successfully close candidates in a competitive market environment.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive process improvements, and enhance hiring efficiency.
Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a strategic edge.
Prior experience working with
state clients
is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT/technical hiring
Knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, cloud platforms, and software development processes
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certifications or coursework (e.g., understanding of IT Industry)
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
