Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Senior IT Systems Analyst position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duties:
Work on a backlog with experience in Epic Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and Campaigns (Cheers Campaign - automated communication tool). All three are preferred, but related experience will be considered. Certification required; both certifications preferred.
ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Independently manage multiple large-scale IT internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close, including resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and change control.
Apply broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes to make decisions regarding hardware, software, or technology agreements.
Serve as a subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals.
Interface with committees and executive leadership to provide IT performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative at national industry events.
Ensure effective communication among business stakeholders and IT leadership.
Lead or contribute to the improvement of guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies.
Demonstrate effective group facilitation, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
Develop proposals and business plans to ensure quality IT solutions and delivery.
Skills:
Experience in healthcare technology.
Experience in committee and consensus-driven organizations.
Finance and project management experience.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
Demonstrated continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, business processes, continuous improvement, and organizational development.
Experience:
Five (5) years of technology or business administration experience.
Demonstrated mastery of all IT Systems Analyst responsibilities.
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree with five (5) years technology or business administration experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is offered. About Us:
