A Day in the Life The Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms value-stream (EADP) is accountable for enterprise data assets across the company including data & analytics platforms, data & analytics solutions governance, quality, recency, data interfaces, integration with external systems and advanced analytics capabilities.
We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled MDM Solution Architect with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and people management.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
MDM leader provides technical and administration leadership and support for Master Data Management (MDM).
Confirmation and Identification of Non-Functional Requirements;
Review Data Mapping impacts from technical point of view.
Review Deliverables and oversee macro and micro Design components;
Analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies.
Work with EA (Enterprise Architecture) team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint
Own and aggressively drive forward MDM, Data Governance.
Ensures and monitors programmer productivity. Regularly provides constructive feedback, coaching and training for developers.
Responsible for budgeting, forecast and accountable for resources, vendors and project cost consumption
Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to management and key stakeholders.
Socialization and communication of organizational strategies and status of execution.
Ensure resources project deliverables are on time with first time quality.
Ensure project escalations are managed in coordination with the project manager.
Provide mentorship in architecture and development to individual contributors.
Manage a team of resources to meet organization objectives, project deliverables, and personal growth.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
10+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
Managerial experience, which includes goal settings and performance management.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to lead the development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
Participate in integration design activities working with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and peer Team Members.
Understanding on integration technologies, middleware platforms, integration design patterns, messaging frameworks, and API management, ETL tools, data transformation techniques and ESB frameworks.
Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements.
Experience working with Real Time & Near Real Time integrations, including Message Oriented based message handling techniques.
Experience with Cloud technology AWS EC2 instances and understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platform/Applications.
Experience /Knowledge in designing CI/CD solutions (Git/Jenkins).
Demonstrated experience with enterprise database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, DB2 and MS SQL Server.
