We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Specialist to lead our IT operations and drive digital transformation. This role combines technical depth with leadership excellence to ensure our infrastructure, security, and systems align with business objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT infrastructure, systems, and networks for scalability, stability, and performance.
Oversee Microsoft 365 administration - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Security.
Implement cybersecurity policies, manage SIEM tools, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
Supervise IT support operations and resolve complex technical issues.
Plan and execute disaster recovery, endpoint management, and IT continuity strategies.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective technology solutions.
Mentor and guide IT team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, Microsoft 365).
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, with leadership exposure.
Proficiency in LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), and endpoint management (Intune, Defender, CrowdStrike).
Strong understanding of compliance, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
