Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with extensive experience in the US IT staffing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leading the sales cycle from start to finish. You will leverage your deep market knowledge to expand our client base and achieve ambitious sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients in the US market.
Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality candidate submissions.
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Requirements
8+ years of proven experience in business development within the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Expertise in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
