As the Senior IT Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT / technical roles within Malaysia (and potentially regional APAC). You will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, build pipelines of tech talent (developers, DevOps, cloud, data), and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with hiring managers/technical leads to
understand role requirements, team context, technical skill-sets needed
, and define candidate profiles.
Develop and execute
sourcing strategies
across multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, tech communities, internal referrals, networking.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, technical assessment coordination, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding follow-up.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline / talent map
for all roles
Provide market intelligence: salary benchmarks, candidate availability, tech talent trends, competitive insight.
Maintain metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality, pipeline health, hiring manager satisfaction.
Keep our internal HR and recruitment systems up to date with accurate candidate and hiring data.
