We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior IT Recruiter
to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to our employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for a diverse range of roles.
Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact through to onboarding.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
Offer Management:
Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth closing process.
Talent Pipeline & CRM:
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs using our ATS/CRM.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive compensation to advise hiring teams effectively.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify and implement improvements to our recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates) to provide insights and drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience
in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for challenging roles.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate engagement.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A proactive, results-oriented, and client-focused approach.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
