Designation: IT Recruiter :
- Experience with the complete end-to-end life cycle of Recruitment.
- Sourcing, screening, short listing the candidates.
- Calling the candidates and briefing them about the job profile.
- Scheduling interview dates and timings for candidates.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various sources (Job portals, professional networking websites, databases, references etc.)
- Work aggressively to achieve the targets allocated.
- Follow up for offers and joining.
- Keeping account of the number of selected candidates.
- Maintain proper record of the candidates interviewed and tracking them in the database
Experience: 4 Years and above Venue : A-1704, BYTE-3, NxOne, Techzone-4, Greater NOIDA West (UP) 201318 Working days : 5 days ( Monday - Friday)
Office Timing : Normal day shift Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 960,000.00 per month Benefits:
