Role: Senior IT Recruiter Experience: 2 to 3 years Location: Bangalore, Kalyan Nagar Interview Mode: Face to face Qualification: Any Graduate Notice Period: Immediate joiners :
- Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, social media, Headhunting and many more.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Must have experience in Client co-ordination and Team Handling
- Manage End to End recruitment and performing reference and background checks
- Teams or Google Meet interviews to validate candidates IDs.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
- Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
- Should be able to work with a team.
- Take responsibility of his/her portfolio of demands and experience in Stake Holder management
