Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support our US-based operations while working remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working US business hours. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers in the United States and a deep understanding of the US job market. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, including W2, C2C, and contract roles
Partner closely with US-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US stakeholders
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate rates, compensation, and onboarding details when required
Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and hiring practices
Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment tracking systems
Meet or exceed hiring targets and timelines Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
Proven experience recruiting for roles such as software developers, data engineers, cloud engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.
Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requirements
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
Comfortable working US time zones (EST / CST / PST as required)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Technical & IT Skills
Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise
Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with US clients
Prior experience working remotely with distributed teams
Staffing agency experience is a plus Work Schedule
Must be available to work US business hours
