We're looking for someone experienced in sourcing and engaging administrative talent across the globe, with a passion for creating exceptional recruiting experiences. You'll help internal stakeholders attract the best talent while focusing on creative sourcing, deep research, and global market insights. If you're a well-connected, curious individual with a passion for non-tech recruiting, this role is for you. You'll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive talent, driving every stage of the hiring process--from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is key. Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
• Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
• Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, especially within contact center.
• Continuously improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency.
• Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
• Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
• Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
• Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
