As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the right talent is hired to meet organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding client and project requirements to identify suitable IT talent.
Managing the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to coordinating interviews and final selections.
Utilizing multiple hiring channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source top candidates.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiating salary offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and reports.
Staying updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market practices.
Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
