Anthology\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate IT organization manages the enterprise technology that supports our employees across the globe. They are focused on enterprise applications development and support, enterprise architecture, operations, infrastructure, and support. This team works with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, and other internal business groups to drive initiatives and ensure needs are met.
As Senior IT QA Analyst of Enterprise Applications, you will have primary accountability for testing ERP/CRM applications like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle Fusion, and other web applications. This role will also be responsible for creating and executing automated test scrips of the same applications based on business needs. This testing will include projects undergoing new development and regular maintenance cycles. You\xe2\x80\x99ll become part of the team responsible for working with functional business analysts and developers in the selection, design, deployment, support, and ongoing enhancement of business applications. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help support Enterprise ERP ecosystem processes and technology including Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) as well as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Plan-to-Make (PTM), and Record-to-Report (RTR) process areas, and provide the mechanism for ensuring consistency and repeatability in how such applications are delivered and managed across the enterprise.
Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with other team members to understand testing needs and translate them into quality systems and reporting solutions
  • Collaborating closely with the PMO and Release organizations to govern intake and scheduling of projects and delivery of solutions
  • Assisting/performing cost/benefit analysis of tools used for testing efforts
  • Collaborating closely with relevant vendors for testing activities
  • Providing QA support to project initiatives and system enhancement requests, with specific accountability for the following tasks:
    • System scoping
    • System testing, integration testing, regression testing and end to end testing
    • Interpreting business requirements and creating test scenarios accordingly
    • Liaison between end-users and developers
    • Supporting the development team with testing and reporting defects
    • Working closely with the business analyst to get thorough knowledge of requirements
    • Providing regular status on test related activities
  • Delivering tasks with minimal supervision
  • Building and executing automation test scripts
  • Working independently, with other internal teammates, and with external parties

The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of software testing experience
  • Experience testing any of the CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or other)
  • Solid experience with functional testing, smoke testing, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience coordinating with business users to perform User Acceptance testing
  • Experience in agile testing methodologies
  • Experience with data migration testing
  • Proficient in writing/executing test plans, test cases
  • An understanding of functional requirements, test coverage, defect entering/tracking and proving test results and status on a regular basis
  • Sound knowledge of automation using Selenium Web Driver (with Java)
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Proven analytical and complex problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work from 2-11 pm IST business hours

Preferred skills/qualifications:
  • Experience using agile tools like JIRA, ADO
  • Experience working in an Agile team environment
  • Experience in automation framework development using Page Object Model (POM) or Hybrid model, and TestNG
  • Familiarity with source control systems (GitHub, Bit Bucket, CI/CD)
  • Ability to mentor junior team members on the testing process
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Extremely organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to quickly comprehend data/information to generate new ideas
  • An innovative approach to learning and implementing new trends and ideas
