We are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead global supply chain planning initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment. The focus is on
SAP Supply Chain
with integrations to third-party planning systems, supporting end-to-end
demand and operational planning processes

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP supply chain planning projects, ensuring seamless integration with other planning tools
Manage stakeholders across internal IT, business, and third-party vendors
Oversee project phases from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality
Support decision-making, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as PM for SAP Supply Chain projects in large/global enterprises
Solid understanding of demand and operational planning processes
Experience with SAP integrations to external planning tools
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
Hands-on
, execution-focused mindset
Experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry (GxP)
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with
OMP
or similar planning platforms
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, including modules MM, SD, AR (Accounts Receivable), MDM in global or regional implementations, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of materials management, inventory control, and logistics processes in business operations.
Strong configuration skills in SAP (e.g. module MM, including purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and material valuation; Familiarity with integration touchpoints with SAP SD, PP, WM, and FI)
Ability to communicate complex SAP concepts in simple business terms.
Understanding of compliance and validation considerations in GxP ("Good X Practice") environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Willingness to travel
Experience working in regulated industries, preferably life sciences, pharmaceutics, chemicals, health, food or consulting industry
