Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
technical support operations
for ERP and internal software systems
Handle
L2/L3 support issues
, escalations, and perform root cause analysis
Ensure smooth functioning of
ERP modules
(Finance, HR, Operations, Reporting, etc.)
Understand and document
end-to-end software workflows and system processes
Coordinate with development teams for
bug fixes, enhancements, and releases
Monitor system performance, uptime, and user-reported issues
Maintain
incident logs, support tickets, and resolution reports
