We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Manager / Senior System Administrator to lead our Hardware & Systems Support Team. The ideal candidate will take the responsibility of our IT infrastructure, guide the hardware desk team, and ensure efficient operation of systems, servers, and network security.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and monitor the Hardware / IT Support team.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of
servers, storage, and network devices
.
Implement and manage
firewalls, routing, VPNs, and network security policies
.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and network issues, providing escalation-level support.
Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure high system uptime, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.
Assign tasks, review team performance, and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Maintain documentation, IT asset tracking, and audit reports.
Required Skills & Experience
5 + years
of proven experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
Strong knowledge of
hardware, servers, networking, and enterprise security
.
Expertise in
Windows / Linux server administration
.
Hands-on experience with
firewalls
(Fortigate / SonicWall / Sophos / Cisco or similar).
Knowledge of
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup solutions, CCTV, NAS, etc.
Strong communication skills with a commanding and confident voice.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a technical team.
