Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

IT Manager

who has comprehensive knowledge of

hardware, software, networking, IoT, ERP systems, automation (Lighthouse), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation

. The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and securing the organization's complete IT infrastructure while supporting business growth through modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all

IT hardware

including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices. Oversee

software systems

, installations, upgrades, licenses, and troubleshooting. Design, implement, and maintain

network infrastructure

(LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, switches). Plan and manage

IoT systems

, including device connectivity, data integration, and monitoring. Implement, customize, and support

ERP systems

for finance, HR, inventory, and operations. Manage

automation and Lighthouse systems

for process optimization and operational efficiency. Lead

AI implementation projects

, including data integration, AI tools adoption, and basic AI-driven analytics. Ensure

cybersecurity

, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners. Lead and train the IT team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Prepare IT budgets, reports, and technology roadmaps. Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of

computer hardware and operating systems

(Windows, Linux). Expertise in

software management and enterprise applications

. In-depth understanding of

networking concepts and security

. Working knowledge of

IoT architecture and device management

. Experience with

ERP systems

(SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Understanding of

automation / Lighthouse technologies

. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

AI tools, machine learning concepts, and AI deployment

. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

. 5+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles. Relevant certifications (Network, Security, Cloud, ERP, or AI) are an advantage.
