Provide advanced desktop support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laptops, PCs, printers, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and configurations across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues (Windows/Mac).
Support and administer basic networking components including routers, switches, firewalls (L1/L2 troubleshooting).
Set up and maintain Wi-Fi connections, ensure network stability, and resolve connectivity issues.
Manage and configure mailing systems (Outlook, Exchange, O365, or similar platforms).
Install, update, and troubleshoot business applications and software tools.
Perform routine system checks, data backups, and basic server support (if required).
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
Maintain IT documentation including asset logs, issue tracking, and configuration details.
Provide timely support to employees and ensure minimal downtime.
Support IT projects, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
