Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Senior IT Project Consultant

to lead in-house technology projects, manage full-stack development activities, and design scalable IT systems aligned with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in

Nerul, Navi Mumbai

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and enterprise applications. Lead IT project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines. Design and implement robust IT architectures to support organizational objectives. Work closely with internal departments to identify system requirements and deliver optimized technical solutions. Review code, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior developers. Research new technologies and recommend solutions to improve performance and scalability. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain technical documentation, project reports, and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development or IT Architecture. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as

React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET

. Solid understanding of databases (

SQL

and

NoSQL

). Experience with

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

, and familiarity with

DevOps

tools. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
