We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Associate to support a dynamic, fully remote workforce. In this role, you will act as an escalation point for first-line support, assist senior team members with project work, and help manage a diverse, cloud-based IT environment. You will work closely with global colleagues across multiple time zones, maintaining technology infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and administering SaaS and Microsoft 365 environments. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, optimize IT processes, and contribute to improving internal support operations across a growing international team.
Accountabilities

• Triage, categorize, assign, and resolve incoming IT support requests through Slack, email, and web forms.
• Serve as an escalation point for IT associates, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring internal OLAs are met.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks, including provisioning and deprovisioning accounts, hardware, and system access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Entra, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange) and assist with ongoing migrations from Google Workspace.
• Administer and configure third-party SaaS products, streamline tool sets, and support account provisioning with SAML SSO and SCIM.
• Manage corporate macOS and Windows devices, personal BYOD devices, and mobile application configurations via Intune MDM/MAM.
• Maintain vendor relationships, participate in software renewals, and optimize IT processes through automation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and assist senior staff with project execution, system maintenance, and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Experience in IT operations and troubleshooting, ideally within a remote and international environment.
• Proficiency in administering SaaS platforms and third-party Microsoft 365 backup solutions.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and knowledge of security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently at a fast pace.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
