POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and passionate expert in Salesforce to join our team at Textron India - Textron Specialized Vehicles division. As a Salesforce Sr. IT Analyst, you\'ll play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Field Service Lightning). Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and SAP to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems. Develop and maintain APIs and middleware to support integrations.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions. Optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and system errors.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Field Service Lightning).

Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and SAP to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.

Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements using declarative tools (e.g., Flow and Custom Objects).

Optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and ensure high availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and system errors.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests to ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.

Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.

Provide training and support to end-users and junior developers.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
\xc2\xb7
PD1 Salesforce Certification
\xc2\xb7
Expertise in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
\xc2\xb7
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools such as Mulesoft
\xc2\xb7
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flows
\xc2\xb7
Skills in data modeling, data migration, and data integration.
\xc2\xb7
Understanding of Salesforce security features, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
\xc2\xb7
Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for complex pricing and quoting solutions.

Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools.
\xc2\xb7
Proficiency in customizing Field Service Lightning for service operations.
\xc2\xb7
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud for e-commerce solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
