is seeking an experienced professional to lead our

International Holiday Planning Division

. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to deliver premium international travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage customized international holiday packages. Lead and develop a team of holiday planners. Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, hotels, and global destination partners. Handle premium clients and ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor global travel trends and ensure compliance with travel regulations. Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives.

Job Specifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management. 6-10 years of experience in international travel/holiday planning, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Strong vendor network and experience with travel software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

Skills & Competencies

Strategic planning, negotiation, and budget management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management. Knowledge of visas, global destinations, and international tourism laws.

Personal Attributes

Passion for travel and customer service. Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills. Adaptable, culturally aware, and commercially driven.
