This role will report to the Internal Communication Lead and manage the strategic business communication for the India region which will be designed to engage and mobilize ZS\xe2\x80\x99s current, future and past workforce.Key Success Factors for the Role:

• You are a natural storyteller, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable serving as a strategist and advisor to stakeholders, including those at the most senior levels, offering counsel on best practices and influencing adoption;
• You have a deep global perspective with the desire and ability to seamlessly work with a regionally and culturally diverse team; and
• You can expertly advocate on the appropriate communication channel depending upon the message, audience, purpose, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in writing, assimilating, editing and driving the intranet at the India region level
• Develop and execute effective plans to steer and manage the messaging on the digital signage at the different office locations (Bangalore, New Delhi, Pune)
• Be the POC for India region (ZS Now) for firmwide newsletter, looking for opportunities and stories that need to be seen and can garner engagement
• Efficiency in program management, designing, planning, strategizing, implementing and playing crucial role in navigating townhalls and roadshows
• Experience with building and maintaining relationships with vendors and agencies
• Basic know-how of shooting videos will be an added bonus
• Provide communications support and counsel to senior executives and internal business partners
• Ensure communication meets company goals and builds community
• Foster trust and strong relationships with key leaders to better support business strategies through an effective internal communication vehicle
• Help ensure consistency of messaging across all internal communications between the India offices
• Find opportunities to streamline disparate communication efforts, connecting messages back to strategic priorities for the firm wherever possible, thereby helping ZS employees better understand the big picture

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communication, journalism or related field; master\xe2\x80\x99s degree (MA/MS/MBA) preferred
• 3 to 6 years relevant work experience in multi-national professional services environment with demonstrated experience in the scope of this role
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communications skills
• Strong evidence of creating content relevant to a young IT/ITES workforce
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal client relationships, including senior leaders
• Proven record in leading employee communications programs that achieve results
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
• Understanding and experience in all key channels. Experience in leveraging social media for internal communication will be an added advantage
• High-energy communications strategist and practitioner
