Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee day-to-day interior work execution at the site, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards. Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, polishing, lighting, and other finishing works. Coordinate installation of furniture, fixtures, fittings (F.F.F.), and decorative elements as per interior design details.

2. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors for timely completion of work. Communicate daily progress, material requirements, and issues to the Project Manager or Site Engineer. Ensure smooth workflow among multiple teams (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) to avoid conflicts or rework.

3. Quality Control

Inspect workmanship and materials to maintain premium quality standards expected in a luxury residence. Ensure finishes meet aesthetic and design intent (texture, polish, alignment, color, detailing, etc.). Identify and rectify defects or deviations promptly.

4. Material & Inventory Management

Monitor delivery, handling, and usage of interior materials, fittings, and furnishings. Maintain material consumption records and coordinate for timely procurement. Verify quantities and quality of materials received on-site.

5. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring

Prepare and follow up on daily and weekly work schedules. Track work progress to ensure deadlines are met. Report delays, bottlenecks, and suggest corrective measures.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all interior works comply with safety standards and site regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

7. Client Interaction

Support site meetings and walkthroughs with clients and designers. Incorporate feedback or last-minute design changes while maintaining project timelines.

8. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and photographic records. Assist in preparing completion and handover documentation.

Key Skills Required:

Pay: ₹15,520.80 - ₹39,321.11 per month
