Core Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Brand Integration

Define the

visual and spatial tone

of HustleHub across all properties and formats (private offices, hot desks, event zones, cafes, lounges, meeting pods). Translate brand values like collaboration, agility, creativity, and comfortinto tangible design narratives. Develop

mood boards, concept sketches, and theme-based frameworks

for new projects and renovations.

2. Space Planning & Functionality

Design layouts that ensure

operational flow, zoning, accessibility, lighting, and acoustics

. Plan modular solutions for

agile work environments

(e.g., reconfigurable desks, silent booths, hybrid rooms). Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and engineers to ensure

functional integration

and compliance (fire norms, HVAC planning, local regulations).

3. Interior & Material Design

Select and source materials, furniture, fittings, finishes, signage, and artwork aligned with the design theme and budget. Innovate in surface treatments, color palettes, lighting strategies, and

eco-conscious design

methods. Balance

aesthetic appeal with durability

, especially in high-footfall areas like common zones, lifts, breakout corners.

4. Project & Team Leadership

Lead a growing internal team of junior designers, 3D visualisers, and interns. Also manage external consultants, PMC partners, and contractors. Prepare and oversee

GFC drawings, 3D renders, BOQs, vendor scopes

, and site checklists. Own design budgets, timelines, material specs, and on-site quality standards.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

Coordinate with

marketing, operations, tech, and community teams

to design brand-consistent environments. Design micro-experiences such as branded wall art, entry statements, community zones, etc. Ensure space planning allows for tech integrations (e.g., digital check-ins, IOT-enabled lighting, climate control).

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in

Interior Design / Architecture / Spatial Design

Bonus: Certifications or workshops in lighting design, sustainability, or experience design Portfolio of executed commercial spaces

(hospitality, co-working, retail or F&B preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
