SALARY- 20k to 30k

Client-Facing Roles

Regarding the client, an Interior Manager acts as the primary point of contact and representative of the design firm. Key responsibilities include:

Client Liaison:

Acting as the lead communicator to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.

Vision Translation:

Converting the client's goals, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences into actionable design strategies.

Proposal & Approval:

Presenting initial design concepts, material boards, and 3D visualizations for client sign-off.

Expectation Management:

Setting clear boundaries and processes at the outset, including managing scope changes and budgetary constraints to ensure high satisfaction rates

Design & Project Management Roles

Regarding design, the manager ensures that the creative process is efficient, technically sound, and compliant with standards. Key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:

Guiding and mentoring a team of designers and drafters to ensure high-quality, consistent output across all projects.

Design Oversight:

Reviewing technical drawings, 2D/3D layouts, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Project Workflow:

Planning and organizing project schedules, timelines, and budgets from the initial brief to final delivery.

Technical Coordination:

Liaising with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained during the construction and installation phases.

Quality Assurance:

Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve site-specific design issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,679.15 per month
