Senior Interior Designer

who thrives on innovation and excellence to lead multiple projects with creativity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization:

Craft

stunning visual presentations

using industry-standard design software to bring design concepts to life. Develop creative and functional

design layouts

tailored to client needs and preferences.

Project Management:

Independently manage multiple residential interior projects, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with the

Design Head

to align projects with the studio's vision and standards.

Client Interaction:

Engage clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations, translating them into bespoke interior designs. Present

design proposals

and ensure client satisfaction through every stage of the project.

Material & Finish Selection:

Curate and recommend high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that balance aesthetic appeal with functionality and budget considerations.

Technical Expertise:

Prepare detailed

floor plans, room layouts, and 3D visualizations

using advanced design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape. Oversee quality checks and ensure flawless execution of designs in collaboration with the production team and vendors.

Trend Research & Innovation:

Stay ahead of the latest trends in luxury interior design to craft spaces that are stylish, modern, and timeless.

Desired Profile:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in

Interior Design

or

Architecture

is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2

+ years of experience

in luxury residential interior design.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape

, and other design tools. Strong understanding of space planning, material specifications, and detailing.

Creative Excellence:

Exceptional visualization skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality. Proven ability to transform ideas into captivating, livable spaces.

Client-Centric Approach:

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with high-end clients.
