Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Interior Designer at Vasundhara Construction, you will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior spaces.

Meet clients to understand design requirements, budget, and timelines Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, and material selections Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors, and contractors Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and quality standards Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field 1-4 years of experience in residential or commercial interiors Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools Strong creativity, visualization, and design sense Good communication and client-handling skills Knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with turnkey interior projects Basic knowledge of BOQ and cost estimation Site execution and vendor coordination experience
