Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the interior design execution for the Hyatt Place hotel project. Supervise and guide the site execution team to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards. Ensure team productivity and coordinate daily activities, workloads, and responsibilities. Review and interpret design drawings, construction documents, and BOQs. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design compliance. Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve design and technical issues. Maintain progress tracking, manage timelines, and control execution quality and safety. Assist in material selection and procurement in alignment with design specifications. Provide timely updates and reports to senior management and escalate critical issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of interior design execution experience, specifically in hotel/hospitality projects. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field. Proven ability to manage and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones efficiently. In-depth understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and interior detailing. Strong interpretation of design and technical drawings. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to be based at the project site in Katra, J&K.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUp, or other relevant tools. Experience with high-end finishes and working with international hotel brands is an added advantage.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
