Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring alignment with client vision and project goals. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Rendering, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
