Responsibilities and Duties

Meet with clients to understand and gather client requirements, preferences, and lifestyle details. Develop mood boards or design concepts to present ideas. Conceptualize innovative designs that balance aesthetics with practicality. Prepare Design Presentations, detailed sketches such as Floor Plans, Furniture Layouts, CAD drawings for Modular and On-site works, 3D visualizations, and other required documents in relation to the Project. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client preferences, feedback, and goals to ensure satisfaction. Address challenges related to space, materials, or construction to deliver solutions that meet design standards. Determine project costs, budgeting, and timelines for completion. Manage workflow throughout the project. Prepare Project Quotations and ensure designs fit within budgets. Address on-site issues or changes as they arise. Monitor project progress to align with design specifications. Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction.
Applicant should be from a Design educational background

Software need to be used of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V ray

Qualifications and Skills

Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company standards. Be able to do quick rendering as per customer specifications and provide information about interior accessories. Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company. Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage. Propose creative/competitive designs to the Management to obtain more business opportunities in the market.
