Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept development through to execution, ensuring the highest level of creativity, functionality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution and handover. Develop mood boards, material palettes, presentations, and space planning layouts. Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and construction documents. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants for seamless execution. Conduct site visits and supervise work to ensure quality, design integrity, and timelines are met. Mentor junior designers and interns, guiding them through design processes and project management. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in interior design.. Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; knowledge of Revit or other design tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
