Role Overview
We are looking for a
senior interior designer
who can independently handle residential and commercial interior projects from concept to execution. The candidate should have strong design sensibility, client-handling skills, and site coordination experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from concept development to final handover
Create space planning, design concepts, and material selections
Prepare detailed drawings: layouts, elevations, sections & 3D views
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design ideas
Manage junior designers and review their work
Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, and site teams
Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and timelines
Conduct site visits and resolve on-site design challenges
Maintain quality standards and cost control
Stay updated with latest design trends, materials & finishes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture
4 - 5+ years of relevant experience in interior projects
Strong knowledge of residential & commercial interiors
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
