Seeking a talented Interior Designer with proven expertise in luxury boutique design to create high-end, sophisticated spaces for premium residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute luxury interior projects (villas, boutique hotels, high-end residences)
Develop concept designs, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings
Source premium materials, furniture, and finishes
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and artisans
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
Conduct site visits and oversee execution quality
Prepare BOQs and project timelines
Present design concepts to HNI/UHNI clients
Requirements
3-5 years in luxury/boutique interior design (mandatory)
Bachelor's / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Strong portfolio of high-end projects
Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and premium brands
Excellent space planning, lighting design, and styling skills
Strong client management and presentation abilities
Attention to detail and design excellence
