SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER/ INTERIOR ARCHITECT ROLE

The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated and meticulous individual who is collaborative, and can contribute to ongoing projects.

DUTIES

This person should be able to collaborate seamlessly with the team,designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects. Complete client interactions and relationship maintenance including discovery calls , preparing presentations, follow ups and meetings. Quote preparation and estimating the budget of the projects. Responsible for supporting the process on material sourcing and specification, custom furniture design, visual research, mood board creation, furniture sourcing, graphic and visual presentations, while adhering to fast-paced project timelines. Creating project documentation including the submission of a full drawing set, specification writing, schedules, and construction administration and updation in the company drive. Commute to sites to check conformity of design, progress and doubt clearing.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of experience in interiors or architecture and a degree from an accredited school. Passion for design and an eye for detail. Excellent 2D drawing and rendering ability. Working knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation. Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite. 3D modeling and realistic rendering skills would be a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team Capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
SALARY

Rs 20,000- 25,000 per month with a probation period of 3 months.
SCHEDULE

Full time 10am to 6:30pm , Mondays to Saturdays.
