Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Interior Designer - Retail

to lead the design and execution of retail store projects from concept to handover. The role requires strong design leadership, client coordination, and in-depth knowledge of retail space planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead retail interior design projects from concept development to final execution Create and review

concept designs, layouts, 3D visuals, and GFC drawings

Manage and mentor junior designers and design teams Coordinate with clients, brands, consultants, and internal teams Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, functionality, and budget Finalize materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furniture Oversee BOQ preparation and cost optimization Conduct site visits to ensure quality and design accuracy Coordinate with project management and execution teams Ensure timely delivery of multiple retail projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture 6-10 years of relevant experience in

retail interiors

Expertise in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion

Strong understanding of retail planning, visual merchandising, and customer flow In-depth knowledge of materials, joinery, lighting, and execution details Excellent client communication and presentation skills Strong leadership and project coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience handling

mall stores, flagship outlets, and multi-location rollouts

Knowledge of modular furniture and retail shopfitting Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple projects Cost control and value engineering experience
