Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
: Conceptualize and develop innovative interior solutions, mood boards, and detailed space plans that align with 2025 trends, such as biophilic design and smart home integration.
Project Management
: Oversee multiple high-budget projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Technical Documentation
: Produce and review comprehensive construction dockets, including 2D/3D layouts, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Client & Stakeholder Management
: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their vision into actionable designs and managing all feedback and revisions.
Site Supervision & Coordination
: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical execution issues, and ensure quality control alongside contractors and vendors.
FF&E & Sustainability
: Specify and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), prioritizing sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions.
Mentorship

Qualifications & Skills
Education
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Experience
