Job Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends Oversee the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively Lead the development of interior design elements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends Oversee all aspects of the design process, from Concept Design development to project completion Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills through all phases of design from concept through construction administration. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate interior design seamlessly into overall project objectives. Ensure the highest standards of design quality and creativity are maintained throughout the design process Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Implement and maintain design standards and best practices Experience interfacing with sub-consultants of all disciplines to ensure timely and well-coordinated deliverables. Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution of design concepts Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams. Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Designing Minimum 5-7 years experience in a high-quality Interior designing firm. Strong experience in educational, commercial, and public agency projects. Design and graphic skills required. Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills are required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Revit, SketchUP, Enscape, Lumion and ACAD proficiency Fluent use of Rhino, 3D Max or VRay, Grasshopper a plus Digital and analog fabrication a plus. Strong visual awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication and project management skill Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of structural systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
