We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As part of our design studio, you will play a key role in conceptualising, developing, and executing interior design solutions across residential, commercial, or institutional projects. You will collaborate with a team of interior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned with client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the in-house team of interior designers on design and execution assignments.
2.
Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed site reports.
3.
Develop multiple design layout alternatives based on client briefs and project requirements.
4.
Finalise interior layouts through iterative design discussions with clients and team leads.
5.
Understand and incorporate MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) into design proposals.
6.
Coordinate and manage communication with service consultants (Electrical, HVAC, etc.) for accurate integration of services.
7.
Prepare detailed design drawings, working drawings, and specifications for execution.
8.
Collect and verify consultant layouts and ensure they align with the final design.
9.
Maintain proper records and documentation using standard filing systems (digital and physical).
10.
Refrain from discussing project costs, contractor rates, or commercial aspects unless specifically instructed.
11.
Provide daily updates and progress reports to the Project Head or Director.
12.
Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities relevant to your role as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
o
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
o
5-8 years of proven experience in interior design execution
o
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit (preferred)
o
Strong knowledge of interior design detailing, materials, services integration, and construction processes
o
Excellent communication, organisational, and team coordination skills
o
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment
