Client Management:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, conducting consultations to understand their vision and requirements while providing regular progress updates.
Design Development:
Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, and furniture layouts using advanced design software.
FF&E Specification:
Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes (FF&E) that align with the design intent and budget.
Team Mentorship:
Lead and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical drawings are accurate and building codes are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Typically 5 to 10+ years of professional interior design experience, often with a focus on specific sectors like luxury residential, hospitality, or corporate interiors.
Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Software Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of AutoCAD is must, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Max will be useful.
