Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished
Studio Designer / Design Head
to lead our commercial design studio. The role involves overseeing the complete design journey--from ideation and concept development to detailed execution--ensuring design excellence, innovation, and seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of large-scale commercial interior projects.
Conceptualize and develop design presentations aligned with client goals and brand vision.
Supervise design teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Oversee working drawings, BOQs, material finalization, and site execution support.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and team performance.
Conduct regular design reviews and maintain documentation standards.
Stay current with market trends, commercial materials, and innovative technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in
commercial interiors
(offices, hotels, clubhouses).
Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.
Strong proficiency in 3D visualization and VR design tools.
Familiarity with project management tools and design documentation workflows.
Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and vendor coordination.
Thorough understanding of building codes, MEP integration, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
