'Rushabh Parekh Design Studio" is looking to hire a SENIOR. INTERIOR DESIGNER knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS INCLUDING VILLAS:

The candidate must be based in the Mumbai location only.

Job location - Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Experience - 08-10 years.

Joining--Immediate joiner preferred.

Job type--Full-time, permanent job.

Salary--No salary bar for the right candidate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Work Experience in High-End Luxury Interiors Residential & Hospitality

Expert in interior and design concepts

Provide strong project leadership and seamless service to our clients, with exceptional communication throughout

Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects:

Strong project management skills.

Expertise in space planning and layout.

Develop detailed specifications.

Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections, and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with minimal supervision

Be responsible for design management for Interior Designs

Perform professional architectural design and project management for construction projects

Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with the project's program, budget, and time constraints

Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates, and project reports

Provide in-house interior design for medium- to large-scale interior design projects of the company

Ensure interior design conforms to the budget

Provide a thorough review of plans, site inspections, and preparation of reports for the findings

Responsible for technical coordination during planning and construction

Selection of appropriate materials for the project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design or related field (from well-renowned colleges)

Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in all aspects of the Interior design projects

Proficient in design software

(AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Office).

Worked on projects scaling 3000 sq ft +

Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience with Luxury residential interiors is a must

Leading and managing teams
