Dhanori, Pune (Office-based. Candidates must be residing in or willing to relocate to Pune. No remote or work-from-home option.)

About the Role:

Quixotic Aura Interio, a leading Pune-based interior design company, is seeking an experienced

Senior Interior Designer

to lead residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. This role demands strong creativity, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design projects: from client briefing, concept creation, 3D visualisation to final execution. Develop layouts, working drawings, BOQs, and detailed material specifications. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and present design proposals with strong English communication and presentation skills. Oversee project budgets, quality, and timelines. Mentor junior designers and ensure high design and documentation standards.

Requirements & Skills

5+ years

of professional interior design experience (residential/commercial/hospitality). Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-execution projects. Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, MS Office

and rendering tools. Excellent space planning, materials knowledge, detailing, and vendor coordination skills.

Good communication

-- confident in client meetings & design presentations. Strong leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Must be

currently based in Pune

(office role; no remote option).
