ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION ? Essential: Bachelors/ Masters in interior design OR 12 + Diploma in Interiors (Architects having interiors experience as well can be screened)

Primary Responsibilities 1. Delivery/Operations



? Participate and give inputs to operations team when creating project plan. Pre-empt execution bottlenecks on design front & align the appropriate strategy as and when required.



? Allocate able personnel in a timely manner to support operations team for assessing feasibility.



? Assist the Project lead in understanding the client's requirements. Ensure the same is understood accurately by consultants and the designs sent by consultants are in tandem with the brief.



? To provide design direction and brief to the team of designers working on the project and handholding them throughout the design process.



? Ensure that all the drawings, plans, views, mock-ups, demos etc. are received refined and shared with client according to timelines agreed.



? Mitigate any redesign ideas with client, bring to clients notice and agree the cost and time escalations due to such redesign.



? To provide inputs for designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations and enhance operational efficiency.



? To set up reporting systems for design team.



? To review client-wise weekly project report to assess adherence to the SLA & efficiency & to take suitable corrective/ preventive steps.



? To review client-wise design related resource allocation & utilization & take efficiency enhancement measures. Client Relationship Management



? To ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates value addition proposition and builds positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required.



? To ensure that the client feels involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby feeling that they are getting what they desire.



? Connecting to the appropriate authority and making recommendations to a positive outcome.



? To ensure capability development of the down-line and mentoring the team-members by engaging the team in formal and informal forums.



? To create annual training plan (technical/ non technical). Be available as facilitator for technical training and induction. Commit to releasing people in a timely manner for developmental activities.



? To partner with HR for ensuring timely execution of Performance management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement activities and driving policies and procedures.



? To develop a strong team spirit amongst the team players.



? Partner with HR on disciplinary action matters.



? To sanction leaves, travel vouchers of direct reportees



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month
