We are a leading building developers and looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. Basic requirements of the candidate;
A Bachelor's degree in interior designing/Architecture with minimum 5 years proven experience
Expert level in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, space planning and development of designs, ensuring they meet client goals and stay with current trends
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients
Material & FF&E selection: source and specify furnishings, fixtures and materials
Technical knowledge: deep understanding of materials, finishes, building regulations and documentation (floor plans, 3D renderings)
Leadership: Ability to manager project teams, junior designers and oversee subcontractors
Client management: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to interpret and deliver client needs
Project management: Strong organizational skills, budgeting awareness and ability to meet strict deadlines
Creativity & problem solving: Innovative thinking while adhering to functional and safety standards
