Key Responsibilities
Lead interior design projects from
concept to execution
Understand client requirements and translate them into
design concepts & layouts
Prepare
design presentations, mood boards, and material selections
Develop
space planning, furniture layouts, and design documentation
Coordinate with
clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and consultants
Review and approve
drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Oversee site execution to ensure
design intent, quality, and timelines
Mentor and guide
junior designers and draftsmen
Ensure projects adhere to
budgets, timelines, and brand standards
Stay updated with
design trends, materials, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design / Architecture or related field
5-8+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of
materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or similar tools
Excellent
client management and communication skills
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Eye for detail with strong
aesthetic and technical understanding
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in
residential / commercial / hospitality projects
Vendor and site coordination experience
Basic knowledge of
costing and BOQs
Ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
