JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERJob Summary

We are seeking a

Senior Interior Designer

with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage end-to-end interior design projects. The role involves concept development, client coordination, team mentoring, and site execution to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential and/or commercial interior design projects from

concept to handover

Develop

design concepts, layouts, 3D visualizations, and material boards

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines Prepare

working drawings, BOQs, and specifications

Manage junior designers and guide the design team Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants Conduct site visits to ensure

design accuracy and quality execution

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and brand standards Stay updated with

design trends, materials, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Interior Design / Architecture

5-8+ years

of professional interior design experience Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop

(or similar tools) Strong knowledge of

materials, lighting, furniture, and construction details

Excellent

communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Leadership and team-management capabilities

Preferred Attributes

Experience in

luxury residential / commercial interiors

Strong site execution knowledge Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
