Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget, and translate them into functional design solutions. Prepare detailed

design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations

. Select appropriate

materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings

to achieve desired aesthetics. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure

timely project execution

with quality standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design/technical issues, and ensure compliance with drawings. Mentor and guide junior designers, interns, and support staff. Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and design technologies.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in residential/commercial interior design. Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office

. Excellent visualization, presentation, and client communication skills. Strong project management and leadership capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics with a balance of functionality.
