- Senior Interior Designer

Position: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Employment

Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5 years in Corporate Interior Design (preferably with Commerical buildings/Office Space)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide junior designers while collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver outstanding results

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development, space planning, and material selection to final execution.

Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.(Preferably)

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring design quality and timely delivery

Mentor and supervise junior designers, reviewing their work and providing guidance.

Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or a related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Blender, Photoshop, V-Ray/Corona, Unreal engine.

Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes

Excellent presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Ability to lead a team and manage client expectations effectively

Strong eye for detail, creativity, and a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interiors.
