Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished

Head Interior Designer

to lead our design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end interior design projects--from conceptualization and presentation to execution and site coordination. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, client handling ability, and in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry, particularly kitchens and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring high-quality output and timely project delivery Develop innovative design concepts and oversee

conceptual presentations

, layouts, and material selections Handle

end-to-end site execution

, coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Ensure designs are technically sound, practical, and aligned with client requirements Supervise execution work related to

furniture, kitchen, and wardrobe systems

Maintain strong communication with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Ensure adherence to company standards, design ethics, and professional conduct Mentor junior designers and foster a productive, disciplined work culture
